ImageWell has been updated to v3.2 and gets some pretty big feature upgrades. ImageWell is a fast but powerful image editor that handles most everyday image editing operations. If you’re a blogger like me, or just need a simple yet powerful image editor (Photoshop is overkill for most things), you need to get this app.

With iTunes 7.2 installed on my Mac I decided to give iTunes Plus a whirl. iTunes Plus refers to the new DRM-free, unprotected music tracks (from EMI) that iTunes now offers. I was curious to see how iTunes would differentiate Plus and ol’ regular (protected and unprotected) songs and the promised “one-click” upgrade for EMI songs that you have previously bought.

The iVak N-type 2 is a case for the second-generation (2G) iPod nano that is well-thought out and looks great. I’ve had the privilege of testing one out for the past 2 weeks and have to say that it’s one of the best iPod cases I’ve ever seen.

Arguably, the best feature about Mac OS X is that ‘it just works’. Mac applications are so well thought out and most good ones don’t have any unnecessary features. When you want to delete an app in OS X, just drag it to the Trash. No uninstallers, no fuss.
