Altered Frequency rocks it out.. with iPod touch!

One of the highlights of the Discovery Week at Mid Valley this weekend was Altered Frequency’s performance at the centre stage. They really rocked the show but totally blew us away when they played 2 songs completely on their iPod touches. Check out the 2 videos below:

The apps they used to replace their instruments were iShred for guitar (iTunes store link), Bassist for bass (iTunes store link) and DigiDrummer for drums (iTunes store link). If you weren’t watching them sit around a table to play it you almost couldn’t tell the difference. It just goes to show how powerful the iPhone OS is and what kind of possibilities it opens up. Simply amazing.
