Apple updates low end MacBook
Don’t look now but Apple had quietly updated the specs on its entry-level MacBook, also known as the ‘white MacBook’. It is not really a major update, many might not even notice the 133MHz speed increase on the processor, an extra 40GB hard drive space.
The new white MacBook now comes with 2.13GHz processor, 160GB hard drive, with 2GB of 800MHZ DDR2 SDRAM, which is the same amount of RAM capacity but a slight increase in it’s speed from the previous one. Other features remains the same, expect the NVIDIA GeForce 9400M graphics cand.
An interesting note, the entry-level white MacBook which cost RM3699 is now faster then the low-end version of the aluminum 13-inch MacBook which cost RM4799. So will the aluminum MacBook gets a spec upgrade too?
