Google Chrome on Mac and Linux

You might have heard by now that Google is making their own web browser. Google Chrome got mixed reviews when they released a public beta. Mac users (and Linux as well) were left out as the release currently is only for Windows based platform.
Not anymore, Google Chrome is now available for Mac, well sort of. This isn’t the official release from Google but the folks at CodeWeavers had manage to get the open-source Google browser project known as Chromium to work on Apple Mac and Linux. They are calling it, CrossOverChromium.
This is basically a port of what Google had release. Google had said that they are not working to just port Chrome on Mac but to have a native Chrome that work best in the platform it is in.

Great! I liked Chrome on my Windows, but given how rather unsatisfied I am with Safari on my MacBook, I’ve been waiting for a chance to get ahold of Chrome on OS X, even if it’s an unofficial CrossOver.
May try it.
