EpiCentre opens at The Pavillion

I just came back from the EpiCentre launch at The Pavillion. Afor Sdn Bhd launched the EpiCentre today with promotions on Apple products and also 100 units of iPod Shuffle at 50%. Boasting a 3300 sq feet of retail space at one of the newest shopping center in Malaysia, EpiCenter is set to become the top Apple retail centre in Malaysia.

EpiCenter also has a section that mimics the Genius Bars in Apple centers across the US and they called it iConcierge.  This is where customers could send their faulty Apple products in and get it fixed. There is also a 20 seat “seminar” room where EpiCenter holds trainings for new Mac users.

Anyway, I am not going to bore you with the details, here are some pictures:

geez, cant wait to go there and see for myself!

  2. I was suppose to go there again at night for the launch of Leopard but my nose gave away to the flu!

To be honest, EpiCentre and Machines (Mid Valley) has a very similar concept. Machines focuses more on Macs as the first things you see are iMacs as you enter their store. EpiCentre focuses on iPods, just look at their third party iPod accessories!

If you own an iPod, I don’t think you’ll be able to go into EpiCentre and not buy an accessory for your iPod.

  3. Hey Justin, do you have any clarification for the “UP TO 30% Discount” for the iPod Nano ? What do they mean by the term “up to” ? It is not full 30% discount right ?

    wow this is cool !!!

  5. @yongkailoon There are some promotions going on for Apple products but I didn’t check them out. Sorry about that.

I guess “up to” simply means it’s only for the 4GB Nano since most people will be going for the 8GB version. Don’t quote me on this, I am not sure as well.

  6. Alright then because if it really is 30% discount then I am so going to regret as I bought my new Nano a week after it was launched. :(
