Inquisitor and Xtorrent is out of beta

When it comes to interface design Mac developer David Watanabe is one of the best around. He always brings his own style on all of his Mac applications. You might already be familiar with two of his application the good looking RSS reader Newsfire and Acquisition the Mac P2P program.

Today two of his long running beta application Inquisitor and Xtorrent is officially out of the beta phase.

Inquisitor is a safari plugin that adds ‘Spotlight’ like support to your safari search bar. We already mentioned it on a post about Safari Plugins. It has become an essential tool for my surfing. Inquisitor is free.

Xtorrent is a bittorent client that it says can get anything. It has a built-in search, one-click download and also able to subscribe to torrent RSS feeds, torrentcast. It is beautifully done. Xtorrent pro will cost you about $20. The free version is useable but has limitation. such as search result are randomly disable and downloading are cap to 10kb/s.
