Nine Inch Nails release a Garageband song

Nine Inch Nails, the band known for leaking new unreleased songs in a thumb drive inside toilet stalls, part of their viral marketing scheme, had release a song from their new album in Garageband format. This is not the first time either, Nine Inch Nails had previously release 2 multi-track songs with no strings attach.

This is something you don’t see artist do very often. ‘Survialism’ the Garageband version is the full album version with all the tracks un-mix. You could add tracks, remove track, manipulate it, remix it as much as you want.

Even if you are not into Nine Inch Nails music, download the track just for fun and see how just a song is arranged. If you have an iBook G4 or any older Macs running Garageband, it would be fun also to see how your system chokes as it tries to open and process the song file.

I wish more artist would release their raw tracks of their songs so fans could play and mix it.
