Vista is out in stores, why do we care?
Windows Vista is out in stores, Joy of tech has a funny strip about buying a Windows Vista. It does get pretty confusing.
Then again, why is this blogger for a Apple/Mac oriented blog is blogging about Microsoft’s latest OS, Windows Vista? Apparently some of the people who are excited about Vista are Mac users.
Cult of the Mac and Paul Stamatiou had blogged about their experience installing Vista on their Macs. Apparently the new Intel based Macs are Vista ready. Among all of the machine out there that are Vista ready, most of them are Macs.
Mac machines are actually great for running Vista then most of the other PC machine out there on the market. With Boot Camp and Parallels, it’s pretty easy to install Vista on an Intel based Macs. When we are bored, we can always switch back to OSX.
I’m still on a PowerPC based Mac, maybe its time I switch to Intel based Macs.

the joyoftech comic is a real hoot.
[...] This time, ‘PC’ is already on Vista, as usual it is time for the ‘Get a Mac‘ advertisements to make fun of Vista. [...]
